Before selling your current home, we will help you take care of the cherished belongings inside and - when its time - sort, pack and move everything to your new home

where we will unpack and place everything according to a previously agreed floorplan.

And, if your home needs work to sell for the highest possible price, or you’re looking for a smaller home more suited to your next chapter, our expert real estate team will take care of everything. Again, you won’t need to do a thing. 

If assisted living is your choice, our senior placement team can refer you to a shortlist of communities that best suit your needs, arrange tours and negotiate the best terms, all at no cost to you.     

We use the term “downsizing”, but understand your move may not always be to a smaller place.
