The sort/pack/move/unpack services will be provided to people, age 55 and over who own/occupy a house currently listed for sale - and sold - by Elizabeth Houghton of Balboa Real Estate DRE 01917985.

If the owner/occupier of the home cancels the listing agreement prior to close of escrow, they will no longer be entitled to this benefit. If the services have already been completed at the time the listing is withdrawn or cancelled, the owner/occupier shall reimburse Elizabeth Houghton for the services provided.

Elizabeth Houghton will select the service providers, schedule and manage their work.

Moves will be within a distance of 20 miles from the property being sold.

The maximum hours and scope of the move management services provided FREE of charge shall be no more than 24 hours to pack, unpack and place furniture.

Any exceptions to the rules set out above shall be at the sole discretion of Elizabeth Houghton.
