What Our Move Management Services Include**

  • Floor Plan

    When you have chosen your new home we will prepare a floorplan to show where everything you are taking will fit. Perhaps more important, it will show what will not fit.

  • Sort & Pack

    Your Move Manager will supervise the packing of your belongings making sure everything is clearly labelled. This may be an opportunity to purge the things you won’t need

  • Moving Day

    On moving day your Move Manager will supervise the movers and ensure furniture is placed according to the prepared floorplan and to answer any questions that come up. You don’t need to be there at all.

  • Un-Pack & Place Furniture

    Your boxes will be unpacked and everything put away. We will make your bed and the packing materials will be removed.

Qualifications for this Program.

The sort/pack/move/unpack services will be provided to people, age 55 and over who own/occupy a house currently listed for sale - and sold - by Elizabeth Houghton of Balboa Real Estate DRE 01917985.

If the owner/occupier of the home cancels the listing agreement prior to close of escrow, they will no longer be entitled to this benefit. If the services have already been completed at the time the listing is withdrawn, the owner/occupier shall reimburse Elizabeth Houghton for the services provided.

Elizabeth Houghton will select the service providers, schedule and manage their work.

Moves will be within a distance of 20 miles from the property being sold.

The move management services paid for shall be no more than 12 hours to pack and 12 hours to unpack and place furniture.
